Meet Jing — Data Scientist, Immigrant, Mom, Coach
I grew up navigating multiple worlds.
I’m an immigrant, a Chinese-American woman, a mom, a former startup founder, and a data scientist who spent years at Google helping teams make better decisions with data. On paper, everything looked “successful.” Inside, I often felt something more complicated — pulled between cultures, expectations, ambition, caregiving, and the quiet question of: Is this really my path?
In tech, I learned how to solve complex business problems. I built models, analyzed behavior, forecasted outcomes. But what struck me most wasn’t the numbers — it was the people behind them. The teammate who was quietly burning out. The working mom returning from maternity leave and wondering if she still “belonged.” The founder friend who couldn’t admit how exhausted he was.
I started to notice a pattern:
So many smart, capable, kind people were carrying invisible pressure, and almost none of them had a truly safe place to put it down.
Coaching found me in that space.
I began studying coaching, energy leadership, and emotional resilience. I trained formally, started working with clients, and saw the same thing over and over: when people are given a judgment-free, deeply present space to listen to themselves… something powerful shifts. They don’t become someone new — they remember who they already are.
Bling Bling Coaching was born from that realization.
The name is playful on the outside, but the work we do together goes inward.
It’s not about adding shine. It’s about revealing what was already brilliant inside.
Today, I work with three groups that I care about deeply:
• Multicultural, immigrant, and international women
• Tech professionals navigating change and AI disruption
• Founders who are quietly exhausted and carrying everything alone
This isn’t “performance coaching” in the narrow sense. It’s whole-human coaching — for the parts of you that lead, care, doubt, dream, and still want more from life.
